CHORA grows carefully.

Many people will first encounter the community through a CHORA experience, a personal introduction or a conversation with someone already involved.

Membership is considered individually, with attention to both the person and the balance of the wider community.

Not every enquiry will lead to membership, and not every invitation needs to happen immediately.

This is not about exclusivity for its own sake.

It is about protecting the trust, openness and quality of interaction that become difficult to create when a community grows too quickly.
